6. Delivery

  • We currently deliver within the UK.
     
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
     
  • Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
     
  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate — we cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided by you.
     

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We hope you love your order, but if not, you may request a return or refund in line with UK consumer law.

Returns:

  • You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged.
     

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days of receiving the returned item.
     
  • We cannot refund products that have been used, personalised, or contain perishable goods (e.g., food or bath products) for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
     

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once shipped, you’ll need to follow the returns process.
     

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and photos of the issue.
     
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including postage costs).

Return and Refund Policy

At Hey, You Okay?, we want you (and whoever you’re gifting) to love every parcel that arrives. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

If you’d like to return an item, please contact us at orders@heyyouokay.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • You’ll need to include proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation).

Once we receive your return request, we’ll provide the return address and next steps.

Please note:

  • Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
  • We recommend using a tracked service as we can’t be responsible for lost parcels.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Bath, skincare, or food items.
  • Personalised or custom-made products.
  • Opened self-care kits or hampers that have been used or partly consumed.

3. Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll confirm your refund by email.

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 10 working days of approval.

If your return doesn’t meet the conditions above (e.g., item opened or used), we may not be able to issue a refund, but we’ll always contact you first to discuss.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@heyyouokay.co.uk  with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage

We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund (including postage costs) as soon as possible.

5. Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order before it has been dispatched for a full refund.

If the order has already been shipped, you’ll need to follow the returns process once it arrives.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we don’t offer automatic exchanges.

If you’d like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order through our website.

At Hey, You Okay?, we take great care in packaging and sending your parcels so they arrive safely and beautifully — just as intended. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship and deliver your orders, including our selection of mental wellness gifts and self-care hampers.


1. Processing Time


Orders from our online retail store are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). During busy periods — such as holidays or promotions — dispatch times may take a little longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Delivery Options & Times


We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.


Typical delivery times once dispatched:


Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days


Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal or courier service performance, particularly during peak seasons.


3. Delivery Charges


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions — details will be announced on our website or social media channels.


4. Order Tracking


Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information (where available). If tracking isn’t provided, your parcel will be sent via Royal Mail or another reliable courier with standard delivery confirmation.


5. Delivery Address & Responsibility


Please double-check that your delivery address is correct before confirming your order. We can’t be held responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can resend it once the additional postage cost has been paid.


6. Missed or Delayed Deliveries


If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:


Check your tracking details (if available).

Contact your local delivery office or courier first. If it’s still not located, please email us at leah@heyyouokay.co.uk and we’ll investigate with the courier.


We are not liable for delays outside our control (such as postal strikes, weather events, or courier disruptions) but will always do our best to support you in resolving any issue.


7. Lost or Damaged Parcels


If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage. If your parcel appears lost, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date — we’ll liaise with the courier to locate or replace it as soon as possible.


8. Pre-Orders or Custom Orders


If you’ve placed a pre-order or ordered a personalised hamper, please note that dispatch times may be longer. Estimated dispatch dates will be clearly stated on the product page or communicated by email.


9. International Shipping


At this time, we only deliver within the UK. We hope to expand to international delivery in the future — please follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
