Hey, You Okay? started with a simple question — the kind that’s often asked quickly, but rarely truly listened to.
Born from lived experience, tough days, and the quiet moments where support would’ve made all the difference, this business was created because something felt missing. Too often, mental health support feels clinical, impersonal, or out of reach — and we wanted to create something that felt human, warm, and genuinely supportive. Something we wish had existed when we needed it most.
At the heart of Hey, You Okay? are the Five Ways to Wellbeing — connect, be active, take notice, keep learning, and give. These principles guide everything we create, shaping thoughtful products and experiences that encourage meaningful connection, gentle movement, mindful moments, curiosity, and kindness — both towards others and ourselves.
Everything we source or create is designed to gently remind people that they matter, that they’re allowed to slow down, and that it’s okay not to be okay. Sometimes support comes as a conversation. Sometimes it comes as a small, thoughtful gift. Either way, you’re not alone here.
Our mission is simple: to make mental wellbeing feel more accessible, more compassionate, and part of everyday life — through small moments of care that remind people they are seen, supported, and never a burden for needing a little help.
We promise to create with care, intention, and honesty — always.
We promise that everything we offer will be rooted in kindness, shaped by lived experience, and guided by the Five Ways to Wellbeing.
We promise to never overcomplicate mental health, never judge where someone is at, and never forget that small gestures can make a big difference.
Most of all, we promise to show up — with warmth, compassion, and the reminder that you don’t have to go through things alone.
